CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT THAT HASN'T BEEN OPENED?
Yes, you can return any product (in the same or similar conditions in which it was received) for free and without a restocking fee. Please see our Return Policy under Customer Service.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT THAT I'VE ALREADY OPENED?
Yes, if the product is defective or damaged and no more than one serving is consumed. For these types of products you can initiate the return process by visiting our Return Policy under the Customer Service .
DO YOU CHARGE A RE-STOCKING FEE FOR RETURNS?
No. We have a Free No-Hassle Return Policy.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Refunds take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days after the product is returned and restocked in our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the time of shipment back to our warehouses for a full refund.
