WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

FREE Standard USPS Shipping (5-7 business days) is offered to every customer regarding of amount purchased. All other shipping rates are determined after entering your ship locations state, zip code and location type. Your location Type can be residential, commercial (business), or Military. Once this is entered our systems determine the cost of shipping your order and it will be displayed on the website.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING GENERALLY TAKE?

We have multiple warehouses throughout the United States. Delivery time highly depends on your shipping location, but in most large urban areas delivery can be as quick as one or two business days when shipping with UPS.

DO YOU SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS?

We DO NOT ship on weekends. Orders purchased after 5:00 PM EST on Friday will be fulfilled and shipped on the following non-holiday business day.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

You can also view your order's tracking information in your My Account section within trustvitamins.shop. To view your account information, click on the "Login" link on the left side of the website and then click on the "Past Orders" link within the Account Menu that will also show on the left side after logging in.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE ITEM?

We give extra care to temperature-sensitive items for shipping. This includes using ice packs and a Styrofoam Cooler, as well as Air Shipping. We automatically add these extras, along with a flat cooler fee. We recommend that temperature sensitive products ship with Overnight delivery. Heat sensitive products ordered will be shipped Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you place your order on Thursday through Sunday, we will ship it the following Monday. If you’d rather not pay the cooler fee, it’s no problem to remove this packaging from your order. Standard ground shipping is free, but you might want to upgrade to expedited shipping. Also, please expect the ice packs to melt before your order arrives. They ALWAYS melt during transit and that’s OK. They’re meant to provide 24 to 48 hours of protection, which should be more than enough to keep your items safe during transit. Remember, your items can withstand room temperature for up to 2 weeks without being affected.
